Shipping, Exchange and Return

All items at Nikko's Factory are packaged in a gift box. All of our collections including personalized items are shipped within 3 to 7 working days. These shipping timeframes may be slightly extended during periods of high commercial activity.

To ensure a successful delivery, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your order once your package has been shipped.

If you have a specific deadline, please write a little note with your order, we can surely do something for you!

Free shipping worldwide for orders over €150.

Standard Delivery in France:

Colissimo shipment upon signature within 1 week after the order is shipped. In case of absence, your package may be left at the designated pickup point indicated on the delivery notice left in your mailbox.

Delivery within the European Union and international shipping:

-European Union Shipping : Chronopost shipment within 1 week after the order is shipped: shipping costs and free shipping vary by country (see pricing table by country below).

-International Shipping : International shipment within 15 days after the order is shipped: shipping costs and free shipping vary by country (see pricing table by country below).

Is it possible to exchange my item?

Embroidered T shirts are exchangeable, except for personalized embroideries, which are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

Missing Item

Missing item reporting time: If one or more items are missing during the preparation of your order, we will proceed to refund them before your order is dispatched. If you notice that one or more items in your order are missing, you have 48 hours to contact us and report the missing item(s).
